I'm Endri, and I came to movement the unconventional way... through chronic pain, through anxiety, through years of trying to fix a body I didn't quite understand. I am a registered yoga therapist, a student of biomechanics and neurology, a devoted nervous system disciple, a myofascial release practitioner, a pelvic floor and core rehab practitioner and a perpetual student of the extraordinary intelligence of the human body.
But more than any of that: I am someone who was once exactly where many of my clients are. In pain. Disconnected. Trying everything and getting nowhere. And I found my way through, not by working harder, but by learning to work differently.
That is what I teach.
I’m Brittany, a movement therapist, applied neurology practitioner, and intuitive energy worker who helps smart, sensitive women get out of pain and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies.
I believe the body is intelligent, and that pain, tension, anxiety, and shutdown patterns are often communication rather than something to fight against.
I know what it feels like to live disconnected from your body while trying desperately to “fix” it. I know what it feels like to overthink, push through, hold everything together, and still not feel safe or at ease inside yourself.
What changed my life wasn’t learning how to force my body harder. It was learning how to listen to it differently.
That understanding became the foundation of my work.
